The location of the hotel is superb, conveniently situated near everything in Lourdes. It is just a short 10-minute walk to the Cathedral and surrounded by a variety of restaurants in the city. The hotel offers an excellent view of the mountains and river from the windows. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very helpful and caring, providing top-notch service. The continental breakfast offers a good choice of delicious food.
One downside is that the toilet amenities could be improved a bit further.

The hotel's location near the city center and close to the Cathedral of Lourdes was fantastic. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to all the restaurants and attractions in the area. The view from my 6th floor room was amazing, with sights of the grounds of the Groto, the river, and the fort. The staff, especially Ms. Laurence at the front desk, were exemplary and provided excellent service. The private hotel dining room was a pleasant surprise, and I had two fantastic dinners there.
Nothing could have been better.

Clean and comfortable rooms, centrally located. Helpful and friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Excellent position near restaurants and shops. Great for families with children. a recommended hotel for a short stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is right in the centre of town. You will find yourself near to all the restaurants, making it convenient to explore the local cuisine. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are extremely attentive and provide great service. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as clean towels changed daily, ensure a comfortable stay.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

They were pretty good too ensure our comfort and were always friendly and helpful. One specific situation that impressed us was when we returned to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing and asked them to hold our bags. Not only did they happily oblige, but they also brought our bags up to our room when we returned. It was such a thoughtful gesture after a tiring day.
Although the rooms were small, they werevery comfy and tidy. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions like Lourdes Grotto and the river.
